It is now possible with Google Lens to translate screenshot texts. Google Lens has become more simplified and futuristic, with this new update users can just take screenshots, and Google Lens will automatically translate the texts.
As firstly reported by 9to5Google, this new update only works on phones running Android 11+ versions. The Google Lens will automatically add a translate button, once the users take screenshots. While clicking on that button, the text will be automatically translated.
Furthermore, with this new update, the users can Copy all of the content presents on the screenshot. So they can download that for offline access. Moreover, there is also an integrated share button, so you will be able to share it on social media platforms. Additionally, users are also able to send the entire screenshot to the Google Translate App.
Day by day new innovations being made, the same is the case with Google Lens, with this image recognition technology, which identifies objects using a neural network.
Google Lens was first integrated on Google Assistant on Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The I/0 was first introduced in 2017 by Google, later on, it has received a massive response from Android users. Just like Google Translate which hits over 1 Billion+ download recently.
