West London giants, Chelsea, are interested in a move for Atalanta midfielder Ruslan Malinovskiy according to the latest reports emanating from the media in the United Kingdom.
Ukrainian international Malinovskiy is on the radar of the Premier League outfit.
According to the specific publication from the Daily Express, the Atalanta midfielder is a target for Chelsea who is interested in signing him as soon as they are free from their transfer ban.
Chelsea are presently serving a transfer ban after they were found guilty of breaching rules relating to the signing of young players.

The Blues have been banned for two transfer windows and they have already served part one in the summer.
Chelsea have already appealed the ruling but it was thrown out by world football’s governing body FIFA before the matter was taken to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) earlier this year.
CAS is yet to give a ruling on the matter involving Chelsea and FIFA.
For now, Chelsea won’t be able to sign players until next summer meaning the likes of Malinovskiy will have to wait for a move to West London.
Chelsea are the fourth best team in the Premier League at the moment despite the fact that they are not able to sign players this summer.
