West London giants, Chelsea, are interested in a move for Atalanta midfielder Ruslan Malinovskiy according to the latest reports emanating from the media in the United Kingdom.

Ukrainian international Malinovskiy is on the radar of the Premier League outfit.

According to the specific publication from the Daily Express, the Atalanta midfielder is a target for Chelsea who is interested in signing him as soon as they are free from their transfer ban.

Chelsea are presently serving a transfer ban after they were found guilty of breaching rules relating to the signing of young players.

The Blues have been banned for two transfer windows and they have already served part one in the summer.

Chelsea have already appealed the ruling but it was thrown out by world football’s governing body FIFA before the matter was taken to the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) earlier this year.

CAS is yet to give a ruling on the matter involving Chelsea and FIFA.

For now, Chelsea won’t be able to sign players until next summer meaning the likes of Malinovskiy will have to wait for a move to West London.

Chelsea are the fourth best team in the Premier League at the moment despite the fact that they are not able to sign players this summer.

Dani Ceballos

Real Madrid loanee Dani Ceballos has dropped a transfer hint that suggests that he won’t be at Arsenal beyond this season.

Dani Ceballos signed for Arsenal on loan this summer after he was declared surplus to requirements at Real Madrid and the Spaniard has high hopes of a possible transfer to Arsenal on a permanent deal before injury struck last year.

The Spanish international was a regular player in the Arsenal XI while Unai Emery was the Gunners boss and before he picked up a hamstring injury last year November which ruled him out for two months.

His return coincided with the start of the managerial reign of Mikel Arteta at Arsenal and the Real Madrid loanee is yet to play a single minute under the Spanish tactician though he has been in four of the Arsenal squads under him.

After the Chelsea game, Dani Ceballos replied Arsenal teammate Hector Bellerin on one of his social media posts to suggest that he would be leaving Arsenal this summer.

Hector Bellerin celebrated with a social media post after he rescued a point for his team via a 2-2 draw and Ceballos responded to that post by saying he’ll miss the left foot through which the fellow Spaniard scored.

Bellerin was making his first appearance for Arsenal after six weeks out with hamstring problem.

Donny Van Der Beek To Consider England Transfer

West London giants Chelsea are keeping tabs on Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare who’s seen as a long-term replacement for key player N’Golo Kante.

The interest of Chelsea in Boubakary Soumare was confirmed by The Athletic with Kante linked with a move away from the club.

The French international player was previously linked with a transfer to Real Madrid last year though the Spaniards have since moved on from him to other midfield options like Ajax Amsterdam midfielder Donny Van Der Beek who’s expected to sign for the Los Merengues this summer after an agreement of £47m was reached for his transfer as per the report from various media outlets.

N’Golo Kante has uncharacteristically missed several games for Chelsea this season due to several injuries stemmed from his decision to play through the pain barrier for the Blues in the Europa League final last season.

Kante was rushed back from injury to face Arsenal in the final of the Europa League which ended in a 4-1 win for Chelsea.

Boubakary Soumare is only 20 years but he has enhanced his reputation after his impressive performances for Lille since the start of this campaign.

Soumare is also attracting interest from Premier League rivals Manchester United.

Chelsea have been very poor in the Premier League in recent weeks as highlighted by the disappointing 1-0 loss at the home of injury-hit Newcastle United at the weekend in their last league game and it doesn’t get better when they face London rivals and rejuvenated team Arsenal at home on Tuesday night.

The Blues can take solace from the earlier meeting between the two teams this season in the Premier League which saw Chelsea come from behind to beat Arsenal 2-1 away from home with the aid of two late goals.

Chelsea have won just one of their last four games in the Premier League but they are still able to hang on to their place in the top-four positions on the league log.

They have a five-point advantage over fifth-placed Manchester United and a win over Arsenal will extend it to eight points with the Red Devils not in action until Wednesday when they face Burnley at home.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard could make some changes to his team especially in defence ahead of the London Derby clash with the Gunners.

Chelsea XI vs Arsenal: Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Emerson Palmieri; Jorginho, Mason Mount, N’Golo Kante; Willian, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Tammy Abraham.

Victor Moses

According to Sky Sports, Chelsea winger Victor Moses has arrived Inter Milan ahead of his medical.

Inter Milan director Piero Ausilio had earlier said that the Nerazzuri has an agreement in place for Victor Moses with Chelsea and the player is in Italy to complete his transfer.

He had six months left on his loan deal to Turkish Super Lig giants Fenerbahce whom he joined from Chelsea in an 18-month loan deal in January 2019.

Victor Moses had a very good start to his loan career with the Turkish club last season but he was not able to enjoy the same level of success at the start of this campaign as he has struggled for fitness thus restricting him to just six matches this season in the colors of Fenerbahce.

If he joins Inter Milan, Victor Moses would be the fourth player from the Premier League to join the Italians in the last six months after Romelu Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Ashley Young.

Romelu Lukaku and Sanchez joined the Nerazzuri last year, while Young was a £1.3m signing from Manchester United.

Edinson Cavani

French giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) officials have delivered a firm transfer verdict on striker Edinson Cavani who is a target for both Manchester United and Chelsea.

According to Goal via one of its publications, PSG sporting director Leonardo and club manager Thomas Tuchel see Edison Cavani as an important part of their squad and they don’t want him to leave the club this month despite the fact that the Uruguayan international player has six months remaining on his PSG contract at the moment.

Several clubs are ready to offer PSG some money for the final six months of the player’s contract but club officials prefer to lose his services this summer on a free transfer.

Edinson Cavani had been a regular in the PSG starting XI for several years until last summer when the French champions signed Mauro Icardi on loan from Inter Milan in the Italian Serie A.

Mauro Icardi has taken his spot in the first team aided by the injury to Edison Cavani at the start of the season.

Atletico Madrid are in pole position to sign Edison Cavani and have already offered €10m for him though it was turned down by PSG who says he is not for sale.

Donny Van Der Beek To Consider England Transfer

The Premier League duo of Chelsea and Manchester United have been dealt a big transfer blow after Boubakary Soumare said that he’ll be staying at his club until the end of the present season at least.

Lille midfielder Boubakary Soumare is a major target for both Manchester United and Chelsea but the two English clubs might need to wait untill this summer to get their man after the latest development from the player himself.

In an interview with French publication L’Equipe, Boubakary Soumare said that he wants to do a full season at Lille thereby ruling out a switch during this winter transfer window.

Boubakary Soumare wants to concentrate on playing well for Lille this season before thinking about any move away from the club.

He has been a top performer for Lille this season and was in action during the Champions League group stage campaign which ended in December.
