Liverpool Tipped To Hand Man Utd Big Transfer Boost With Surprise Decision Over £27m Ace

The report from the Daily Express has tipped Liverpool to keep midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum at the club ahead of the upcoming season thereby handing rivals Manchester United a major boost in their pursuit of Bayern Munich star Thiago Alcantara.
Both Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in Thiago Alcantara who recently played a major role in the Champions League triumph enjoyed by Bayern Munich last month.
Liverpool are the frontrunners for his signature but a move for the Spanish international may be dependent on the future of Wijnaldum at Anfield.

Georginio Wijnaldum is attracting serious interest from Barcelona due to the emergence of Ronald Koeman as the new manager at the Nou Camp.
Multiple sources have stated that Barcelona are preparing a £13m bid for the player who has one year to go on his present Liverpool contract.
Thiago Alcantara is also in the same position as Georginio Wijnaldum, having one year left to run on his contract at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern Munich are open to the sale of Thiago Alcantara and they are holding out for £27m which has proven to be on the high side for Liverpool. On their part, Manchester United are also interested in him despite the signing of Donny Van De Beek earlier this week.
