Idrissa Gueye was once in the English Premier League with Merseyside outfit Everton but he dumped the club to pitch his tent with French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain.

The opportunity now presents itself for him to have a solo return and it has even become stronger with more clubs registering their interest for his signature.

North London outfit Arsenal were earlier reported to be interested in the service of Idrissa Gueye to help the Mikel Arteta midfield and they have now been joined by Man United who are also keen on him.

Man United have got Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes, amongst other players in the middle but they are hoping to add more options to be able to compete for titles in the coming season.

Paris Saint Germain spent about £30 million to sign Idrissa Gueye last summer which means they will not take less of the fee to release him for a move this summer window.

The combative midfielder is also reported to be indifferent as he would not mind returning to the English Premier League while playing in the French league is also an option.

However, Arsenal and Man United are faced with competition from Wolves who are also believed to be preparing a bid for Idrissa Gueye this summer window.
