Bruno Fernandes has responded to new Manchester United teammate Marcus Rashford on Twitter as he prepares to finalize his transfer to the Old Trafford club.
The Portuguese midfielder is already in Manchester for his medical at Carrington on Thursday.
He touched down in Manchester on Wednesday evening.
Manchester United had earlier announced that they have reached an agreement with Sporting Lisbon for his transfer before adding that it is pending until medical and contract papers have been sorted.
Bruno Fernandes will move to Manchester United from Sporting Lisbon for an initial fee of £46.6m plus £7.5m in add-ons.

Another £12.7m in bonuses completes the financial agreement reached between Sporting Lisbon and Manchester United for Bruno Fernandes.
Marcus Rashford tweeted ‘Welcome Bruno’ as a reply to the tweet from Mamchester United announcing the agreement and the Portuguese international went on to like that tweet.
Bruno Fernandes would be the first signing of this January transfer window for Manchester United who are also eyeing a replacement for the aforementioned Rashford for the short term.
25-year-old Bruno Fernandes has been at Sporting Lisbon for the better part of three years since his move from Sampdoria in Italy.
He’s not expected to make his debut this weekend when Manchester United play hosts to Wolves in the Premier League.
