Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has assured the Manchester United fans that the club will be active in the ongoing winter transfer window.

Solskjaer addressed questions on transfers while he was with journalists at his post-match press conference on the back of the Norwich City game.

Manchester United produced one of their best performances this season especially in the Premier League as they dismantled Norwich City who are the last team on the league table.

The Red Devils thrashed Norwich City 4-0 at home with Marcus Rashford getting a brace on the occasion of 200 appearances for his beloved club.

He has now scored 63 goals in 200 matches in the colours of Manchester United since breaking into the team some four years ago.

Mason Greenwood came on as a second-half substitute before getting on the scoresheet to wrap up the results after Anthony Martial had headed in the third goal.

After the game, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said that the club will become active in the transfer market once there’s a fantastic opportunity to add to his squad with the club keen tp strengthen in both midfield and attack.

According to him, Manchester United will only sign the right players for their first-team squad and for the right amount.
