Manchester United have continued that struggle this season with the former Premier League champions struggling in midtable.
Ahead of the Spurs game on Wednesday night, the Red Devils are in tenth position on the table with 18 points from 14 games.
Manchester United legend Wes Brown also told reporters that the club needs to strengthen the team in attack to get back to the top of English and European football where they truly belong.
According to him, Manchester United need at least two quality players in each position.
