The injury list at Manchester United is increasing once again and it couldn’t come at a worse time for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with the club set to enter the business end of the season.

The latest injury worry is Harry Maguire who was signed from Leicester City last summer in an £80m deal thus making him the most expensive defender in the game ahead of Liverpool’s Virgil Van Dijk.

Harry Maguire is a big doubt for the Norwich City game in the Premier League at the weekend as the Red Devils chase down their first victory of 2020 at the fourth time of asking.

He suffered a foot injury in the first half of the FA Cup third round clash away to fellow Premier League team Wolverhampton Wanderers and the England international opted to carry on with the injury despite being given the option to be subbed off.

There are fears that Maguire could have aggravated the injury but the club is yet to make a statement on it.

Other Manchester United players on the treatment table are midfielders Scott McTominay and Paul Pogba who are all expected to return next month.

Eric Bailly, Marcos Rojo and Timothy Fosu-Mensah are all injured as well with their return time unknown.
