Liverpool fans might have to exercise a little patience on their quest to see Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Kylian Mbappe join the club this summer.
According to The Athletic, Liverpool are not ready to make a big signing like Kylian Mbappe or Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho without the guarantee of first team football.
Liverpool are renowned for the famed front trio of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino and it would be difficult to dislodge any one of these three attackers in the Reds frontline.

The aforementioned report also said that Liverpool won’t spend money on players for spending sake and that there must be an opening in the squad before the Merseyside club will embark on the signing of a big name player like Kylian Mbappe or Jadon Sancho.
Earlier reports dating back to last year had said that Liverpool will sign Kylian Mbappe with the help of Sportswear Manufacturers Nike who has been announced as the new shirt sponsors for the Reds.
Nike will resume as the new Liverpool shirt sponsors as from the start of next season.
For now, Liverpool continue to record success on the pitch as demonstrated by the FA Cup third round victory over Everton at the weekend.
