Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly plotting a raid on French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) ahead of the resumption of the transfer window.
According to the report from the Daily Star, Chelsea want to sign two players from the French giants.
It was revealed that the Blues want to make up for lost time after a transfer ban imposed on them by FIFA prevented them from signing players in the summer.
Chelsea is free to sign players as from next month and the West Londoners want to sign the PSG duo of Julian Draxler and Idrissa Gueye as confirmed by the aforementioned report.

German international Julian Draxler has been a long-term target for clubs like Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
The playmaker could be a cheap option for Chelsea to replace Eden Hazard who was their talisman until this summer when he completed a €100m transfer to Real Madrid.
Julian Draxler is not a regular in the PSG starting XI but that would definitely change for him if he were to complete a transfer to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are also eyeing a move for Idrissa Gueye who left Everton to join PSG in the summer for a fee of around £25m
