Chelsea have a tricky fixture on their hands as they attempt to stop their poor run of late in the Premier League as they try to hang on to fourth place which will guarantee Champions League football for next season.

Only the top four teams will qualify for the 2020/21 Champions League season.

Chelsea are expected to start as favourites for their Premier League trip to face Arsenal despite the fact that they have lost five of their last seven league games.

The Blues suffered their worst result of the season when they were beaten 2-0 by Southampton who are fighting relegation with the likes of Michael Obafemi and Nathan Redmond getting on the scoresheet for the Saints.

Chelsea had beaten London rivals and fellow top four challengers Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 away from home for their nest performance of the season only for the Blues to follow that impressive result up with the worst performance of the season.

The good news for Chelsea ahead of the Arsenal game is the return of Mateo Kovacic from suspension after the accumulation of five years.

Chelsea XI vs Arsenal: Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta, Fikayo Tomori, Antonio Rudiger, Emerson Palmieri; N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Jorginho; Willian, Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham.
