The Frenchman has been battling with an ankle problem since week four of this current Premier League season.
He sustained the ankle problem during the away game with Southampton at the end of August and was out of action for some weeks before the French World Cup winner returned to the pitch for the Carabao Cup third round win over Rochdale of League One.
Pogba played the entire duration of the aforementioned Arsenal game some days later and that turned out to be his final Manchester United game till date.
Solskjaer expects Paul Pogba to return to action before the end of this year.
