Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has struggled to achieve results for the club this season especially in the Premier League and the spotlight is on him following the availability of Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentine tactician has always been linked with the Manchester United job even when he was still at Tottenham Hotspur.

He was recently sacked as the Spurs manager and that has beamed the spotlight on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Manchester United as the club legend struggle to perform in his role as the Red Devils manager.

According to the publication from the Manchester Evening News (MEN), Mauricio Pochettino is interested in the Manchester United job.

Apart from Manchester United, Pochettino has also been linked with Bayern Munich and Arsenal.

Unlike Manchester United, Arsenal and Bayern Munich are looking for a new permanent manager after Unai Emery and Niko Kovac lost their jobs respectively.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has overseen just six wins from the last 22 games in the league ahead of the blockbuster clashes with Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.

Solskjaer and his players welcome Jose Mourinho and Spurs to Old Trafford on Wednesday night in a week 15 league game before traveling the short distance to take on city rivals Manchester City in a week 16 league game billed for this weekend.
