Manchester United and Real Madrid could still lay their hands on long-term transfer target Christian Eriksen despite the arrival of Jose Mourinho at North London club Tottenham Hotspur.
According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Eriksen could still leave the North Londoners despite the arrival of former Chelsea and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho earlier this week.
Mourinho is the replacement for sacked manager Mauricio Pochettino who paid the price for a sloppy start to the present Premier League season with his job.

Portuguese manager Mourinho has signed a Tottenham Hotspur contract that will last till the end of the 2022/23 season and his yearly salary is £15m which is double of what Pochettino was earning at the club.
Christian Eriksen is attracting interest from a lot of the bigger European sides like Manchester United, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Atletico Madrid etc.
The Danish international player has less than one year on his Spurs contract at the moment and that means that he can start to talk to foreign clubs as from the start of 2020 when he has six months left.
Eriksen has been in and out of the Spurs team under Mauricio Pochettino since the start of this season.
