Manchester United are set to spend a lot of money on new players in January if the report emanating from Goal is anything to trust.

The highly-rated media outlet claimed that Solskjaer is keen on adding top players to his squad in the winter and he has told his employers that a £210m transfer budget should be enough.

The same reports went on to reveal the three players whom the Norwegian tactician is willing to lure to the Theatre of Dreams next year.

According to Goal, West Ham midfielder Declan Rice tops the list following his awesome display for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

The England international is set to cost not less than £80m judging by the Hammers’ price tag.

The media outlet also said that United’s longtime target Kalidou Koulibaly who plays for Napoli is second on the list.

The no-nonsense center-back was United’s prime target during the summer window but Napoli were reluctant to let go of the Ivorian international.

It remains unknown if the Premier League giants will be ready to spend a huge £120m on his signature after completing a big-money move for Leicester City defender Harry Maguire before the start of the campaign.

Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic comes third on the ranking as United are reportedly close to sealing a deal with the Juventus out of favor striker.

The Croatian is worth £10m and Solskjaer will be happy to have the experienced striker as soon as the January transfer window commences.
