New Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard scored his first goal for the club during the league win over Granada on Saturday.

The Belgian international was one of the scorers as Real Madrid topped newly promoted Spanish La Liga outfit Granada in a six-goal thriller.

He scored the second goal for Real Madrid during the week eight clash in the Spanish La Liga as the Los Merengues moved four points clear of second-placed Granada at the top of the table.

Eden Hazard joined Real Madrid from Chelsea in a club-record deal in one of the first major transfers this summer.

Real Madrid paid 100 million euros to sign him from Premier League giants Chelsea.

His strike doubled the lead for Real Madrid on the stroke of halftime after Karim Benzema gave the Los Merengues a bright start as early as the second minute.

Croatian midfielder Luka Modric scored a third goal for Real Madrid just after the hour mark before the former European champions suffered a scare from the visitors who pulled two goals back through a Dawkin Marchis penalty and a Domingos Duarte strike.

Real Madrid survived that scare to go four points clear on the table after substitute James Rodriguez wrapped up the points on the stroke of full-time.
