West London outfit Chelsea manager has been able to deliver his first title in his debut season for the Blues team but he is yet unhappy with the report that Belgium international Eden Hazard is leaving the club.
Eden Hazard confirmed his exit from the Stamford Bridge when he spoke with the press before the Europa League finals against Arsenal.
He made it clear that his decision has already been made but noted that it is left to the two clubs to have an agreement for him to seal the move.
The Belgium international is expected to head to Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid after making it clear some months back that he wishes to work under his football Idol Zinedine Zidane.

However, manager Maurizio Sarri was able to land the Europa League title but that is not enough joy for him because he would be seeing the last of Eden Hazard at the club.
The former Napoli boss was so emotional as he claimed to be sad despite a flying end of the season.
Meanwhile, the Blues manager has already made it clear that it would be difficult to replace Eden Hazard. The situation has been made worse by the fact that Chelsea will not be able to sign any new player for the next two transfer windows.
