Manchester United legend Gary Neville has revealed that Liverpool midfielder Fabinho is the best player in the world in his defensive midfield position.
Gary Neville made this known while he was doing his punditry job on popular English media channel Sky Sports.
The former Manchester United defender picked Fabinho as the world’s best defensive midfielder ahead of the likes of Chelsea star N’Golo Kante and Barcelona player Sergio Busquets.
Brazilian international star Fabinho has been a revelation since he joined Liverpool at the start of last season.

He signed for Liverpool from French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco in the summer of 2018.
Fabinho made a slow start to his career at Liverpool upon joining last summer before he picked up towards the winter part of last season.
The Brazilian is a key player for Liverpool dating back to the middle of the last campaign.
Fabinho was a part of the Liverpool team that came so close to winning the Premier League title before they were pipped to it by Manchester City who had one point more than the Reds.
Liverpool went on to win the Champions League title by beating fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur in the finals of the competition.
