Four English Championship clubs are reportedly in battle to sign highly rated Arsenal defender Krystian Bielik this summer.

According to the publication from the stables of The Telegraph, the likes of Derby County, Middlesbrough, West Bromwich Albion and Brentford are all interested in a deal for Bielik who’s a utility player.

Krystian Bielik can function well either as a centre back or as a defensive midfielder.

The 21-year-old spent the entire duration of last season on loan at Charlton Athletic whom he helped to secure promotion to the second tier of English football, English Championship.

Bielik spent the majority of his time at Charlton Athletic in defensive midfield as the Addicks sealed promotion to the Championship via the playoffs.

Charlton beat Sunderland 2-1 in the final of the playoffs to seal Championship promotion.

Krystian Bielik continued his good form into the just concluded European u-21 Championship in Italy and San Marino.

He was part of the Poland team that won two of their three Group A games.

The Arsenal defender was the best player for Poland though his beloved country didn’t make it through to the last four of the tournament.

Apart from the Championship clubs, AC Milan are also interested in the player.
