Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot has visited the ‘Miracle Doctor’ at Chinese Super League outfit Shanghai SIPG as he bids to work his way back to full fitness.
Diogo Dalot has not played for Manchester United this season due to a hip problem.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had earlier revealed in one of his press conferences that Diogo Dalot should be back in the squad after the international break.
Solskjaer and his Manchester United players are yet to taste victory in three games ahead of their next match, a Premier League meeting at home to Leicester City.
Diogo Dalot is not expected to face Leicester City after the international break.
The young Portuguese defender touched down in China on August 29 and he went on to spend 10 days.
Dalot met with Shanghai SIPG physio Eduardo Santos while he was in China.
Eduardo Santos is known as the Miracle Doctor after he masterminded the miraculous recovery of Arsenal defender David Luiz days after the Brazilian centre back had an hamstring tear.
Manchester United would be hoping for Diogo Dalot to recover from the troublesome hip injury as the Red Devils try to rescue their season after a winless run of three games.
