Manchester United defender Luke Shaw will miss the Premier League game with Southampton at the St. Mary’s Stadium on Saturday lunchtime.
His unavailability for the Southampton game was confirmed by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during his pre-match press conference on Friday.
According to him, Luke Shaw will return to the Manchester United squad one or two weeks after the international break next month.
Apart from the Southampton game, the England international left-back is likely to miss league games against Leicester City and Arsenal next month.
Luke Shaw suffered the injury during the league defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend.

Manchester United were beaten 2-1 by the Eagles in what was their first league loss of the new season.
Apart from Luke Shaw, Manchester United will also miss the services of Anthony Martial for the Southampton game following the injury he sustained against Crystal Palace.
Anthony Martial is expected to return to the Manchester United squad at the end of the international break.
In the absence of Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford is expected to lead the line for Manchester United against Southampton later this weekend.
Solskjaer would be hoping to lead his team to the second victory of the new league season.
