Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal are the top three teams after week three in the Premier League.

The Reds extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to three points after the 3-1 win over Arsenal on Saturday evening.

The victory over Arsenal maintained their perfect start to the new league season with three wins from three matches.

In addition, it ended the Gunners’ 100% start to the season.

Mohamed Salah scored a second-half brace for Liverpool including a penalty to add to the first-half header from Joel Matip, while substitute Lucas Torreira scored the lone goal for Arsenal who dropped from second half to third spot as a result of the defeat.

Premier League champions Manchester City are up by one place to second position on the table and two points off leaders Liverpool after the 3-1 win at the home of South Coast club Bournemouth.

Sergio Aguero was the star of the show for Manchester City after he scored a brace either side of the halftime interval.

Aguero edged Manchester City ahead before Raheem Sterling added a second goal and substitute Harry Wilson pulled one back then the Argentina striker added a third goal in the second half to wrap up the points for Manchester City.
