New Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has revealed how he will replace Eden Hazard at the club following his transfer to Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid.

While speaking before the UEFA Super Cup clash with Liverpool, Frank Lampard said that Eden Hazard is almost irreplaceable at the club.

Eden Hazard was the Chelsea talisman for seven years before his exit this summer.

The 28-year-old has joined Real Madrid in a deal reported to be around €100m.

The Los Merengues paid a club-record fee for Eden Hazard as they spent over €300m on new players this summer.

Eden Hazard was the best player at Chelsea for several years on the back of his move to Stamford Bridge from French Ligue 1 club Lille in 2012.

In his last season as a Chelsea player, Eden Hazard scored 16 goals and also provided 15 assists for the Blues who finished the last Premier League campaign in third position under the guidance of Maurizio Sarri.

His last appearance as a Chelsea player came during the Europa League final against London rivals Arsenal.

Eden Hazard scored twice for Chelsea as the Blues thrashed Arsenal 4-1 to win the competition last season.

Pedro Rodriguez and Olivier Giroud scored the other goals for Chelsea.
