North London club Tottenham Hotspur have placed a £20m transfer fee on one of their defenders.

According to Sky Sports News, Spurs want a £20m asking price for Danny Rose who has been transfer-listed at the club.

Danny Rose is a previous transfer target for Manchester United and the England international is attracting the interest of clubs like French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and German Bundesliga side Schalke 04 at the moment.

Danny Rose could have played his last game for Tottenham Hotspur if the Englishman is sold this summer.

His last appearance would be the Champions League final at the new Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid at the start of last season.

Rose was a starter as Spurs were beaten 2-0 by fellow Premier League club, Liverpool.

The Reds won their first Champions League title in 14 years courtesy of goals from Mohamed Salah (penalty) and Divock Origi either side of the halftime interval.

Danny Rose and Spurs featured in the Champions League final for the first time in their history.

He was linked with the Red Devils during last summer’s transfer window but Luke Shaw has been able to establish himself as the first choice left-back at the club.
