Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku will reportedly earn £160,000 on a weekly basis when he joins Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan this summer.
This is according to Sky Sports News which claimed that the Manchester United has agreed to terms with the Italians and that all that’s left is for the two clubs to agree on a fee for him.
Manchester United and Inter Milan have already started negotiations for the Belgian international.
Lukaku has agreed to a five-year deal with Inter Milan in addition to a total salary of £41m over that period.
The player has previously talked about his desire to play in the Italian Serie A and he could get his wish thanks to new Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte.
The Italian tactician tried to sign Romelu Lukaku while he was the Chelsea manager between 2016 and 2018.
Lukaku was a Chelsea player before his permanent move to Everton and he could have gone back to Stamford Bridge while Conte was the manager in 2017.
The 26-year-old has spent two years at Manchester United since his £75m move from Merseyside giants Everton.
Since his transfer to Manchester United, he has scored 42 goals for the Red Devils which is more than any other player.
