Charlie Nicholas played for both Arsenal and Celtic during his football career and he spoke about Kieran Tierney in a chat on Transfer Talk Podcast.
Arsenal have already made two bids for the player which was turned down by the Scottish champions.
The Gunners made an opening bid of £15m for the 22-year-old and it was swiftly rejected by Celtic.
Arsenal returned with an improved bid of £18m which was met with the same response from the first bid.
Celtic are holding out for £25m though the Gunners are optimistic about a doing a deal for their man for a fee lower than the asking price from the Scottish champions.
