The Real Reason Aubameyang Blasted Hans-Joachim Watzke Revealed
Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has slammed Borussia Dortmund supremo Hans-Joachim Watzke after he said that the Gabonese international left the club for the Premier League because of money.
The Dortmund CEO (Chief Executive Officer) said this in a recent interview with Suddeutsche Zeitung.

He also taunted him about the lack of Champions League football at Arsenal.
Aubameyang left Borussia Dortmund for Arsenal in a then club-record deal at the start of last year and he has not been able to play Champions League football for the North London club.
In his response to the Borussia Dortmund CEO via his Twitter handle, Aubameyang accused him of being greedy as highlighted by the transfer of Ousmane Dembele to Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona solely because of money.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been a key player for the Gunners since joining them in January 2018.
He won the Premier League Golden Boot Award last season with 22 goals alongside fellow Africans Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane who both play for Premier League leaders Liverpool.

Apart from losing the services of Vincent Kompany, Manchester City would be without first choice centre back Aymeric Laporte till next year after the French player suffered a serious knee injury.

Sancho Focused On Dortmund Amidst Man Utd Interest
Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho is staying grounded despite the numerous transfer rumors linking him with a move away from the German Bundesliga club at the end of this season.
Premier League giants Manchester United have been linked with a move for Jadon Sancho next summer.
The Red Devils were rumored to be interested in signing him this summer but Borussia Dortmund were resolute in their stance that the England international is not for sale.
Jadon Sancho showed why he’s a top target for Manchester United next year following his performance for Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League clash with visitors Barcelona.
The 19-year-old was one of the best players on the pitch as the two teams battled to a goalless draw.
He was brought down by Barcelona defender Nelson Semedo in the box but the resulting penalty was missed by club skipper Marco Reus.
Jadon Sancho became a key player for Borussia Dortmund last season on the back of signing for them from Premier League champions Manchester City in the summer of 2017.
The young English winger scored 12 goals and also assisted 14 goals in the league last season as Borussia Dortmund finished as the second best team behind champions Bayern Munich.
Jadon Sancho has already scored twice and assisted four more goals this season.
Champions League: How Dortmund Pay Penalty In Barcelona Draw
German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have themselves to blame after they were held to a goalless draw by Barcelona in their opening game of Group F in this season’s Champions League.
Borussia Dortmund created a lot of chances against the Spanish champions but were unable to find the back of the net due to poor finishing on the part of their strikers as well as the superb goalkeeping from Barcelona shot-stopper Marc Andre Ter Stegen.
Marco Reus had the best chance of the first half for Borussia Dortmund only for him to be denied by the aforementioned Ter Stegen.
German international Reus was also denied by his compatriot Ter Stegen after he was presented with the best chance of the game from the penalty spot.
Nelson Semedo was penalised for stamping on the foot of Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho in the Barcelona box but Marco Reus could not make it count after his spot kick was saved by Marc Andre Ter Stegen.
The Barcelona goalkeeper showed his quality to further underline his push for the number one goalkeeper position with the German national team.
He is the second choice goalkeeper for Germany and the Barcelona shot stopper has been in a feud with first choice Manuel Neuer of Bayern Munich as he thinks he merits the number one spot ahead of him.
The penalty save won’t have done his chances of being the first choice goalkeeper for Germany any harm.
He has saved four of the last six penalties faced.
Jadon Sancho could struggle with playing time at Manchester United
Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has explained why it’s not the right time for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho to make a big money move to the Theatre of Dreams this summer.
In an interview with German news outlet SportBild, former Manchester United striker Rooney advised Jadon Sancho to wait for his dream move to Manchester United.
Wayne Rooney plays his club football for Major League Soccer (MLS) club D.C. United at the moment.
According to him, Jadon Sancho could struggle with playing time at Manchester United and it’s better for him to stay at Borussia Dortmund beyond this summer.
Sancho, 19, was heavily linked with Manchester United at the start of this summer in a reported €100m deal but Borussia Dortmund were reluctant to do a deal for him for at least one season.
The England international star has been a key player for Borussia Dortmund since joining the club two years ago.
He scored 12 goals for Borussia Dortmund as the 1997 Champions League champions came close to winning the German Bundesliga title last season.
German champions Bayern Munich piped Borussia Dortmund to the Bundesliga title on the last day of the season as the Signa Iduna Park giants missed out on major honour despite having a nine-point lead in December.
Dortmund Set £26.8m Asking Price For Arsenal Target
German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have slammed a big transfer fee on young defender Dan-Axel Zagadou who’s attracting the interest of Premier League giants Arsenal.
According to the Metro, the Germans would only sell the player if they receive £26.8m for him.
Dan-Axel Zagadou is a utility defender that can play either as a left-back or as a centre back.
The French u-20 international star has already told Borussia Dortmund officials that he wants to leave the club this summer amidst the interest from Arsenal.
Dan-Axel Zagadou came through the ranks at French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) before he joined Borussia Dortmund in 2017.
North London giants Arsenal are desperate for reinforcements defensively and Dan-Axel Zagadou has been mentioned as a possible transfer addition for the Gunners.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery wants to rectify the defensive issues that affected his team last season with the addition of new quality defenders.
The Spanish tactician saw his team capitulate under pressure in the race for Champions League football via the league route before losing the Europa League final to fellow London club Chelsea.
Unai Emery and Arsenal finished in fifth position at the end of the latest Premier League last season thus missing out on Champions League football for next season.
Bundesliga Giants Set £27m Asking Price For Arsenal Target
German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have reportedly set an asking price for one of their players.
Dortmund midfielder Julian Weigl is not assured of a regular starting spot under club manager Lucien Favre and he could leave as the Germans try to raise funds to balance the books.
The likes of Thorgan Hazard, Nico Schulz, Mats Hummels, Paco Alcacer and Julian Brandt have all moved to Borussia Dortmund for a total of over €100m.
Thorgan Hazard is the junior brother of new Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard and he joined Dortmund from fellow German Bundesliga club Borussia Moenchengladbach.
Paco Alcacer spent last season on loan at Dortmund at Barcelona and the deal has been permanent.
German international left-back Nico Schulz joined from German Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim, while Julian Brandt also signed for Dortmund from fellow German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen.
Centre back Mats Hummels returned to Borussia Dortmund from rivals Bayern Munich for a club-record €38m and he’s almost certain to relegate Julian Weigl back to the Dortmund bench.
German midfielder Weigl played at centre back for the majority of last season and the signing of Mats Hummels would almost certainly limit his playing time.
According to German newspaper SportBild, Weigl could leave the Dortmund this summer and his club has set a £27m transfer fee for the Arsenal target.
French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are also interested in the player having worked with current PSG manager Thomas Tuchel while he was the Dortmund manager until 2017.
