North London giants Arsenal have revived their interest in Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic during this summer’s transfer window.

Ivan Perisic has been repeatedly linked with a move to North London but the Gunners have not been able to secure his transfer.

The Croatian World Cup star came close to joining Arsenal during the winter transfer window in January.

Arsenal wanted to sign him on loan with the option to sign him permanently in January but Inter Milan opted to retain the services of the player.

As per one of the conditions given by the Nerazzurri, the Gunners needed to pay the asking price for him but the North Londoners were unable to seal the transfer because of finance-related issues.

The Gunners retain an interest in the player currently valued at €45m.

Ivan Perisic didn’t have the best of seasons in the last campaign having returned to Inter Milan from his heroics with the Croatian national.

The winger was an integral part of the Croatian team that stunned the world by reaching the final of the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament.

Ivan Perisic was on target for Croatia in that final as Croatia lost to eventual champions France via a 4-2 win in their final clash last summer.
