Former European champions Manchester United are set to offer first-choice goalkeeper David De Gea an improved contract offer according to the latest reports emanating from the media in the United Kingdom.
De Gea has one year left on his current Manchester United deal and the Red Devils risk losing him for free next summer if he doesn’t sign a new contract.
Manchester United might need to sell him this summer to avoid that scenario with French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) interested in a deal for the Spanish international shot-stopper.

David De Gea earns £240,000 on a weekly basis at Manchester United who has offered him an improved offer of £350,000 weekly.
The 28-year-old rejected the improved contract offer of £350,000 over the next five years with the former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper holding out for parity with top earner Alexis Sanchez.
Chilean international star Alexis Sanchez earns around £500,000 on a weekly basis from the contract the former Barcelona star signed when he joined the Red Devils in January 2018.
David De Gea has been at Manchester United for eight years since £18.3m from Atletico Madrid.
The Spanish international shot-stopper has made 362 appearances for the Red Devils since his transfer in 2012.
