French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have submitted a bid for Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea ahead of this summer’s transfer window.
The PSG offer for Spanish international shot stopper was revealed by French journalist Geoffroy Garetier via popular media outlet Goal.
Manchester United are in serious danger of losing De Gea to another club with his contract gradually running to an end.
David De Gea has one year left on his Manchester United deal at the moment and PSG is ready to pounce on him since the Red Devils have not been able to agree on a new contract with him.
The former Atletico Madrid shot stopper had few months left on his contract before Manchester United activated the extra year clause in it to take the duration till next summer.
Manchester United might need to sell him this summer or risk him leaving the club for free next summer if he fails to agree to a new deal with the Red Devils.
The spotlight has been on David De Gea in recent weeks following his goalkeeping errors which have led to three goals in the last five games for Manchester United in all competitions.
Apart from PSG, Italian champions Juventus are also eyeing a move for the Spanish goal minder.
