Minecraft 1.17 ‘Caves and Cliffs’ update is set to release this week


Minecraft 1.17 Caves and Cliffs update is likely to release in two parts. The first part of the 1.17 update is set to release on June 8. However, the second part will be placed somewhere later.

The update is announced back in 2020 at Minecon live stream. Despite this, update 1.17 is been categorized in two parts because of the current pandemic situation.

The first part of the 1.17 update will feature blocks, items, and new mobs. While the second part of the update is likely to feature new voice caves, World Height change, and biomes.
