Apex Legends Mobile developers expanded the closed beta to the Philippines as well. After releasing a closed beta in India last month, they have now sent invites to a few users in the Philippines. The closed beta is only available for Android users, neither for iOS users.
Recently reported by Dot Esports, that EA has sent out invites to a specific number of users. The selected users are those ones, who earlier pre-registered the game on Google Play Store.
However, users can check whether it’s available for download or not. They can simply check it while visiting Google Play Store > Apex Legends Mobile.
From a recent report via GEMWire, the EA CEO mentioned in an Earning Call Conference that the company is aiming to go for a Soft launch later this year. While the public release is going to happen early in 2022.
Apart from this, the company hasn’t released closed betas for any other region. As India was the first priority, now it’s time for the Philippines. EA has also unveiled some of the game screenshots for the mobile version. But that does not contain any control options yet.
The full release is expected in 2022, as currently, the game is in beta testing. Moreover, in India Krafton recently released the Battlegrounds Mobile India, and is currently live for pre-registration. Indian users can pre-register the game at Google Play Store.
