Fortnite has a long tradition of producing characters inspired BY famous streamers named Icons in the game. This was started back in 2019 when Epic games surprised the world with Ninja’s iconic character.
In the Icon series, Fortnite is set to launch TheGrefg Icon with a tournament called Lava. Players need to win matches and rise up on the leaderboards to get rewards. Along with it, players will also unlock the Controller Crew Emote. A full set of outfits will be available for everyone from Jan 16th in the item shop. But many players can get that early in the tournament.
The iconic outfit is introduced to honor the creators who have brought attention and their fans to Fortnite. Content creators like Ninja, Loserfruit, and Lachlan have already got their Fortnite Skins for their contribution to making the game popular.
GREFG’S floor in lava TOURNAMENT will start from 14th Jan and higher you get on leaderboards more rewards you will receive. You need to eliminate your opponents before lava is all over the place. Once you fall in lava your game is over. So, you need carefully avoid lava and shoot down your enemies by hanging in the air.
Key things to know
- Traditional weapons are replaced with an infinite Harpoon Gun and a ton of explosives to destroy enemies
- You will have the infinite Harpoon Gun that only does 1 damage to players but 150 to buildings.
- Equip your Pickaxe to help you run faster to get away from lava.
