With the expectations that France international midfielder Paul Pogba will be leaving Man United anytime soon as a result of the speculations and controversies surrounding his stay at Old Trafford, it will shock critics to learn that he might not be leaving anytime soon.

Respected transfer journalist, Fabrizio Romano has given the hint that amidst the speculations, the Red Devils are currently planning to keep the former Juventus player at the club for longer years by offering him a new deal.

The World Cup winner recently had his contract with the Red Devils extended by 12 months as a clause in his contract was triggered after claims that he would be leaving for Spanish la Liga outfit Real Madrid last month.

The poor form and lack of playing time of the World Cup winner has not stopped the club owners from viewing him as the talisman of the team and he might stay beyond 2022.

The 27, rejoined the Red Devils from Juventus in 2016 just four years after deciding to leave Manchester for Turin but his return has been filled with controversies.

Paul Pogba and his agent seem to be crazy about a deal to the Spanish la Liga outfit as they have continued to fuel speculations of a move and that keeps making the Red Devils uncomfortable.

However, Fabrizio Romano was on Twitter to reveal that Paul Pogba is still very much loved at Man United and his contract would be extended for months.

Meanwhile, The former Juventus player was in action for France in their 1-0 win against Portugal and he has revealed that he now breathes fresh air with his appearance for the national team. He has been backed by the country’s national team to bounce back to his form.
