English Premier League outfit Liverpool are reported to be preparing for life without Egyptian international midfielder Mohamed Salah and have found a potential replacement for him.

Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid attacker Rodrygo Goes is the player that is being monitored by the Merseyside outfit for a move in the coming transfer windows.

Rodrygo Goes officially became a Real Madrid player in the 2019/2020 season and was able to begin his career with the club on a very high note. Last season, he scored a total of seven goals and registered three assists in 26 appearances across all competitions.

This season has seen Rodrygo Goes begin with impressive performances that has led to scoring a goal and three assists in eight appearances under manager Zinedine Zidane.

Spanish outlets have claimed that Liverpool boss is a big fan of Rodrygo Goes and wants to land him at all cost to be able to secure a permanent replacement for Mohamed Salah when he leaves the club.

It is a known fact that Mohamed Salah, who scored his 10th goal of the season in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon which makes it his 104 goals in 165 appearances for the Merseyside outfit will not be at Anfield forever.

Mohamed Salah is already attracting interests from top European clubs, including Real Madrid which makes the Reds plan for the future by identifying Rodrygo Goes’ as his replacement.

Rodrygo Goes has a contract with the Los Blancos which will expire in about four years but there are no assurances that he will remain at the club until then.

Liverpool could also approach Real Madrid for Rodrygo Goes by offering a juicy deal to tempt the Spanish side into releasing him but it will be difficult to accept any offer for a promising star that also forms part of the club’s future.
