Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil might not boast of actions on the pitch but it has been revealed that he was instrumental in helping players off the pitch.
One of the cases reported and confirmed is the effort made by the German international in helping Matteo Guendouzi leave the Emirates Stadium for a loan deal in Germany so he can secure playing time.
Matteo Guendouzi was also not playing at Arsenal after the compulsory break as a result of the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic before leaving the club on loan to German outfit Hertha Berlin during the summer transfer window.

Arsenal made efforts to have him sole by including him in some swap deals but the France U-20 international was rejected before making the loan move.
