English Premier League title holders Liverpool could be set to lose Brazilian international Roberto Firmino as he is attracting interests from Spanish la Liga outfit Real Madrid ahead of the summer transfer window.

Reports claim that Roberto Firmino is already planning on a new life away from Anfield and the development is not unaware to the Reds and they are already planning for life wit5hout him by looking at other options in the market.

Real Madrid will have to pay the sum of £70 million for the signature of the Brazilian international as his fee is already known. Liverpool might have started life without Roberto Firmino already because he is not in the best of form at the moment. He was not on the score sheet last season as expected and the same is already happening this season.

Real Madrid have now parted ways with Wales international Gareth Bale and are yet to replace Cristiano Ronaldo which calls for a need to make some changes in the team as a lot of names are already on the hit list, including Roberto Firmino.

The Brazilian international scored 13 goals in his last 60 games and that is believed to be short of a striker who is highly rated but that has not stopped manager Zinedine Zidane from falling for his type of player.

Liverpool are known to have one of the best attacks in the Premier League and that was responsible for winning the title last season with 18 points clear of second-placed Man City.

The Reds attack have been given the credit alongside Jurgen Klopp’s dependable defence led by Dutch defender Virgil Van Dijk and goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

However, the Merseyside outfit are hoping to continue the winning spree to defend the title as well as challenge for the Champions Legaue title after missing out last season.
