The expectation of fans and pundits are that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will bring in new signings in the coming January transfer window but it is feared that they could be left disappointed at the end of the day.
Liverpool have lost key players to injury including Virgil Van Dijk and Fabinho which exposes their defence to dangers against opponents. The Dutch international is not expected to play again this season while the Brazilian international would be seen later on.
Several names have already been linked for a move to Anfield with reports that the German boss is preparing to bring in a new defender that will serve as cover for the former Southampton defender and also be able to play along with him when he returns from injury.

Liverpool Echo have now reported that there is no assurance that manager Jurgen Klopp will bring in a new defender in the coming January transfer window, adding that he could just decide to stick with his current squad and get the best from them.
This report confirms the claim made by former Liverpool player Adam Lallana who claims that the German boss is happy with the current situation at Anfield as he always likes to be an “underdog”
Adam Lallana added that Jurgen Klopp will surprise many by sticking to his team and getting them to pull the best result that is wished for.
However, the Reds are being linked with Ozan Kabak from the German Bundesliga outfit Schalke 04 with reports claiming that they will be making a move for him as soon as the January transfer window.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has described Liverpool’s current situation as being married to injuries as the list of the injured players continues to grow but that has not stopped his team from picking points in the Champions League and the Premier League.
Dortmund finally hand hope to Manchester United on Sancho
Manchester United did not sign England international winger Jadon Sancho last summer transfer window but that does not mean a deal will not go down later in the future.
The Red Devils have made the former Man City academy player their first choice but they were unable to agree on a fee with the German Bundesliga club, Borussia Dortmund and that put an end to the saga.
However, Borussia Dortmund have released a statement hinting that Manchester United could still get Jadon Sancho to sign at the Old Trafford, but made it clear it will only happen in the future.

The club clearly stated that they expected Jadon Sancho to remain at the club for AT LEAST ONE MORE SEASON. This means he could be leaving the club in the coming summer transfer window.
Commentators have expressed the possibility of an agreement between the two clubs for a deal to happen in the next summer window but that was not stated anywhere by either of the clubs.
The Red Devils will now move ahead with their transfer activities by looking out for an alternative so as to rebuild the squad in January.
There is no chance this player will remain at United as conflict with club mounts
English Premier League club Man United goalkeeper Sergio Romero is unhappy at Old Trafford and he is reported to be in conflict with the club for not sanctioning his sale in the last summer transfer window.
Sergio Romero has gone down the pecking order at Old Trafford from the second choice to the third owing to the return of Dean Henderson.
The South American reportedly had offers from several clubs but Manchester United refused to let him leave. Everton were keen give him the opportunity of regular playing time, according to leading journalist Gianluca Di Marzio but the Red Devils denied him the move.
Sergio Romero is unhappy at Manchester United and has been in conflict with the club,. His wife was first to speak out by blasting the Red Devils for not respecting the decision of her husband despite his contribution to the team in the past.

However, it will be a big surprise to see Sergio Romero at Manchester United after the January winter transfer window because he is desperate to leave the club and has suitors both in the Premier League and abroad.
Everton are believed to be interested in Sergio Romero while MLS clubs are also hoping to agree on a deal for him but that will depend on Man United.
David De Gea has been favored for the first-team role despite his unsatisfactory performance last season but the door is opened to Dean Henderson to nail down a regular first-choice shirt.
Manchester United are now stabilized with a number of wins across all competitions.
Would Sami Khedira Make A Move To Manchester United?
Manchester United have reportedly been linked with a shock move for Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira.
According to The Sun, the 2014 German World Cup winner has emerged as a target for Manchester United as he’s about to be released from his contract at Juventus.
Sami Khedira has been declared surplus to requirements at Juventus by new manager Andrea Pirlo.
Club legend Pirlo has been appointed the Juventus manager this summer on the back of the dismissal of Maurizio Sarri.

Pirlo has six midfielders in his team following the summer arrivals of Arthur and Weston McKennie and the aforementioned Khedira will be the man to make way in January despite the fact that he still has one year to run on his Juventus contract.
Brazilian international Arthur signed for Juventus from Barcelona in a swap deal with Miralem Pjanic, while young American international McKennie has joined on loan from Schalke 04 in the German Bundesliga.
Sami Khedira joined Juventus from Real Madrid in 2015 and he has won the league title in each of his five seasons in Turin.
He has not been a regular for Juventus in recent seasons. The German made just one assist in the league last season as he was restricted to 12 games.
