It has been revealed that the English Premier League outfit Arsenal were at Chelsea to negotiate with Italian midfielder Jorginho some weeks ago during the summer transfer window.
The North London outfit were in need of a midfielder and were finding it difficult to negotiate a deal with their top target, Houssem Aouar as the French Ligue 1 outfit Lyon were keen on a fee they could not pay.
The former Napoli star, Jorginho was a target for the Gunners and he has hinted that he held negotiation with the club but he failed to agree on a move as he was more interested in staying with the Blues team.

The 28-year-old was linked away from Chelsea during the summer transfer window as he was obviously unsettled at the club but that is past now as he declared that he is now happy to stay.
However, the North London outfit secured the signature of Ghanaian international, Thomas Partey from Spanish La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid on the summer transfer deadline day.
