The Champions League finally returns again and Man United will be up against French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain at the Parc de Princes which will be the first game of the group.

Both teams already have a history in the Champions League that cannot be forgotten easily as it only happened in 2019 with the Red Devils overturning a 2-0 defeat in the first leg at the Old Trafford with a 3-1 win to go through to the quarter-finals. This feat handed the job to Ole Gunnar Solskejr as a permanent Man United manager from being an interim manager.

However, United seem to have returned to winning ways after a poor start of the season and that is expected to boost the team ahead of their encounter on Tuesday.

With the Red Devils improving their team in the summer transfer window, it is expected that two of the latest signings, Alex Telles and Edison Cavani will start in the game.
The presence of Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes also seem to be nonnegotiable to add to Matic in the midfield.
