Graeme Souness has stated that North London outfit Tottenham are no laughing stock despite losing a 3-0 lead to ending 3-3 against West Ham United at the weekend.

The North London outfit were able to make some additions in the summer transfer window but they are yet to enjoy the dividend as they were unable to pick all three points despite an early 3-0 lead in the first half, all thanks to a brace by Harry Kane and another goal by Son.

Graeme Souness has therefore warned clubs like Man United and Arsenal that the best of Tottenham will still be seen once Gareth Bale begins to play regularly.

He noted that Spurs will later be at the same level as Liverpool and Man City when Bale is fully on board. Graeme Souness also tipped Tottenham to now return to the Champions League with the guardians of Jose Mourinho.

Graeme Souness noted that the former Real Madrid star cannot make Tottenham the big club alone but that there are combinations of potency in the current attack of the club.

He stressed that the Tottenham attack which includes, Harry Kane, Gareth Bale, and Son can now be compared with that of the current Premier League title holders, Liverpool.
