London outfit West Ham United have revealed that they have dropped their chase of Arsenal defender Rob Holding after showing interest eerier in the summer transfer window.
Rob Holding was reported to be on the list of those that were to leave the North London outfit but that did not happen after he proved his worth to manager Mikel Arteta.
The Spanish boss had to reconsider his decision by insisting that Rob Holding will now stay at the club to e part of the campaign. The England international has been handed a couple of starts this season.

A host of Premier League clubs made an attempt for the Arsenal defender with Newcastle United also making a move but they were all turned down.
It has now been revealed that West Ham United made an attempt to step forward with a bid on the transfer deadline day but decided against it because the Gunners were not going to release him.
West Ham United are now considering Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori but there are indications that the Blues are not willing o let him leave on a permanent deal.
However, a great competition has been created in the Arsenal defence with a number of centre-backs available at the club but Gabriel Magalhaes seems to be the only one that has confirmed his position.
