Mikel Arteta causes more confusion with the “December” claim

A lot of people would have been left confused by the “December” statement made by manager Mikel Arteta on the controversies surrounding Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil.

The German midfielder has not been in action for the North London outfit since last season and there are no chances he would ever play for the club again as his name was missing from the Europa League squad and that could be the same for the Premier League while the player has been training with the team.

However, Mikel Arteta left everyone confused with his response when he was asked about Mesut Ozil’s absence and he maintained that it was not an easy decision to make.

The Spanish boss said there are restrictions and rules and the German midfielder, alongside other players that were snubbed, have to respect the restrictions.

What is most striking in his response is that the snubbed players have to train hard to help the team “Then we will see what happens in December”

What is happening in December and what should we expect??

Could it be that Mesut Ozil or either of the players will be added back to the squad in December?

Is the former Man City assistant coach confirming that Mesut Ozil or either of the players will be leaving the club after December?

Let’s have your thoughts
