It has been alleged that the reported discussion between English Premier league giant, Arsenal and the club outcast Mesut Ozil over the future never happened as claimed.
Mesut Ozil has been on outcast at the North London outfit since last season as he has not played any competitive game so far this season. More to this, is the fact that he was omitted from the Europa League squad which sends the message that he is no longer needed at the club.
Efforts to convince the former Real Madrid star to leave the club have failed as he has reportedly rejected offers from several clubs, including the latest offer reported to be coming from Saudi Arabia.

Mesut Ozil’s contract with Arsenal expires next summer transfer window and he has insisted on staying at the club until then. However, reports claim that the Gunners are keen to part ways with him in the January window to have him leave the club.
This report has been dismissed, according to ESPN with sources close to Arsenal revealing that there were no talks of such and there is no possibility that it would happen anytime soon.
This development means the World Cup winner is set to stay at the Emirates Stadium until the end of the season with no chances of playing a single game under Mikel Arteta.
