More people are beginning to speak up on the need for Man United to bring in former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino to the Old Trafford as a replacement for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

It is feared that the Norwegian manager would be sacked by the club if the results fail to improve. The Red Devils failed to win two of their last three Premier League games and one of the defeats was a humiliating one against Tottenham as it ended in a 6-1 defeat.

This has forced speculations that Mauricio Pochettino would be asked to take over from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, especially if an improvement is not experienced to be able to save the season.

It is also understood, according to reports that eth Red Devils chiefs have already had meetings with the former Spurs boss who is currently out of job and he is opened to the possibility as Man City are also showing interest in his service.

Now, a lot of people are giving their backings to Mauricio Pochettino to take the job and succeed with Rangers legend, Ally McCoist being the last person to speak up.

He noted that Mauricio Pochettino will be a better fit for Man United than Man City, adding that Man United is a bit like Tottenham because they have both not won anything in a long time.
