More people are beginning to lend their voices to the speculations linking Gareth Bale away from Real Madrid to join Man United as he is believed to be unsettled with the Spanish La Liga club.

It is understood that the Red Devils are yet to make any bid for his signature but English Premier League trio, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Tottenham are reported to be eyeing a swoop for the player if he would be leaving the Los Blancos.

Former player John Barnes is one of those that have lend their voice on the matter, putting their weight on the Red Devils to make a move for the Wales international ahead of the others.

He told BonusCodeBets that Gareth Bale said he will not imagine seeing Liverpool, Chelsea or Tottenham sign the star player, adding that it might not happen for financial reasons.

John Barnes added that Man City would have been a better option than Man United but they are not interested in his signature which makes the Old Trafford team favourites.

However, it is unclear if the Red Devils will be able to meet his salary demands but they could be encouraged by the report that claims Real Madrid are willing to pay half of his wages.
