Diego Simeone is reported to want to give Thomas Lemar a lifeline at Atletico Madrid to have him find his mojo back and that will happen by giving him more playing time this season.
The French midfielder failed to provide a single goal or assist for the Spanish La Liga outfit last season with the opportunities given to him but that might change with the new faith invested in him for the new season.
However, Arsenal was not alone in the chase of Thomas Lemar as Premier League club Wolves, FC Porto, and Everton also showed interest in his signature with a report claiming that he is interested in a move to England.
