There are indications that Arsenal youngster Eddie Nketiah will have to leave the Emirates Stadium in a short term as he is unlikely to get more playing time as the season goes on.

Luckily, Eddie Nketiah has had a number of games, including a starting role under manager Mikel Arteta but he seems not to be convincing enough for a player who will be part of the new project at the club.

It would be recalled that Eddie Nketiah was sent out on loan to Leeds United last season where he had a number of appearances and impressed with three goals in his first eight games before he was asked to return.

He could be set for another loan term with The Telegraph reporting that Newcastle are keen on taking the striker on loan because of their need or a striker.

The only reason why the North London outfit have not made a decision on the player to send him out on loan but for the fact that they are not favoured with a lot of options with Alexandre Lacazette as the only option while Gabriel Martinelli is injured.

Newcastle has been tipped to be the best destination for Eddie Nketiah as he will also be playing in the Premier League to continue his development.
