It has been confirmed that English Premier League outfit Man United will not be signing their top target Jadon Sancho after Geman Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund made a declaration that he will be with the club this season.
This might be one of the longest transfer saga for the Red Devils as they have been speculated to be in talks for the England international winger since last month but failed to land his signature.
The Red Devils were unable to meet the £108 asking price by the German Bundesliga outfit and they failed to convince them to come down on the price as a bid of £90 million was rejected.

A former Man United and Tottenham striker Teddy Sheringham is of the opinion that losing the signature of Jadon Sancho should not be regarded as a negative development but a positive one, stressing that his former club do not have a need for the player.
According to him, Jadon Sancho is not the answer for Man United at the moment because he is not what is needed by the club. He added that if anything must be done, it should be a centre-forward and another defender that will partner Harry Maguire, which he claims they still do not have.
